Two years ago, I arrived in Dubai with no job and no experience in either real estate or recruitment. The city’s skyline was awe-inspiring, its opportunities seemingly endless, yet I found myself at the starting line, unsure of what lay ahead. Today, I lead the recruitment team at Dubai’s largest real estate agency, overseeing a group of specialized recruiters. My journey has been anything but ordinary, marked by challenges, growth, and the relentless pursuit of success.

 

The Leap of Faith

Relocating to Dubai was a leap of faith. Without a background in real estate or recruitment, I had no guarantees—only determination. I quickly realized that Dubai is a city built on ambition, where the willingness to learn and adapt can open doors.
